Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Business Development Consultant to partner with recruiters, leaders, providers, and candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a seamless, personalized experience. You will coordinate interview schedules, site visits, and travel, and serve as the primary contact for candidates while promoting IU Health values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Project and relationship management skills required.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician and advanced practice provider interview schedules across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate onsite candidate visits and ensure a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters and operational leaders to support recruitment activities and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate candidate itineraries, travel arrangements, meetings, and site visits.
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding transition activities.
• Represent the organization positively and effectively, helping communicate the value of practicing within the Indiana University Health system.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and candidate tracking information.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, APPs, leaders, and recruitment partners.
• Identify and proactively resolve logistical issues to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
