Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end recruitment strategy and partner with executives to achieve high‑impact hires. You will lead complex searches, influence leaders on talent strategies, and continuously improve recruiting practices across the organization.

The role requires 5–7 years of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience, expertise with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools, and a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience in corporate/agency environments.
• Deep expertise in end‑to‑end recruiting, employment practices, and hiring compliance.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Experience building sourcing strategies for complex roles in challenging markets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority requisitions with urgency and quality.
• Proven consultative talent partner with trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent candidate experience and employer branding capabilities.
• Strong analytics to drive hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
