Job summary

IU Health in Indiana's Arnett Hospital seeks a Business Development Consultant to partner with recruiters and leaders, coordinating interviews, site visits, and onboarding while delivering a high-touch candidate experience for physicians, APPs, and candidates.

You will be the face of the organization, manage calendars, travel, and complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, and build strong relationships with providers and recruitment partners to support timely hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Project and relationship management in a complex, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician and AP/PA interview schedules across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate onsite candidate visits and ensure a welcoming, professional experience.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters and operational leaders to support recruitment activities and timelines.
• Coordinate candidate itineraries, travel arrangements, meetings, and site visits.
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding transition activities.
• Represent the organization positively, communicating the value of practicing within IU Health.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and candidate tracking information.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, APPs, leaders, and recruitment partners.
• Identify and proactively resolve logistical issues to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
