Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day practice operations across locations, focusing on staffing, patient access, and financial performance.

You will guide revenue cycle activities, onboarding of providers, and budgeting while collaborating with clinical operations leaders to drive efficiency and quality. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Experience with multiple systems/software/technology components (e.g., Epic, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day practice operations with staffing, resources, access, patient throughput, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve access, quality, revenue, and expense control.
• Onboard and support providers with schedules, reimbursements, and clinic initiatives.
• Forecast and develop operational and capital budgets with variance reporting and corrective actions.
• Manage revenue cycle processes including charge capture, reconciliation, and denials monitoring.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with staff, physicians, and system partners.
