Qualifications

• 5 years of operations experience in healthcare or physician practices.
• Experience in managing multiple locations with high patient throughput.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (Epic, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day practice operations with staffing, resources, and patient flow.
• Identify opportunities to improve access, quality, revenue, and cost control.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to providers and staff.
• Forecast budgets and interpret data with actionable plans.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes, coding, and denials monitoring.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate KPIs.
