Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day practice operations and improve revenue generation across locations. You will ensure high-quality patient experiences while driving efficiency through staffing, access, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in healthcare operations, experience in physician practices, and proficiency with Epic and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's in Business or Health Administration is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience with systems/software such as Epic and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partners with clinical operations leaders to direct day-to-day practice operations, including staffing and access.
• Forecasts and develops operational budgets with monthly variance reporting and corrective action.
• Oversees revenue cycle processes, coding, and denial monitoring to improve financial viability.
• Maintains open communication with staff, physicians and key system partners.
