The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive improvements in access, quality, and revenue cycle management within a pediatric healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in operations with strong financial, HR, and systems background; physician practice setting experience; familiarity with Microsoft and Epic.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day practice operations with staffing, resources, access, patient throughput, reporting, and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve access, quality, revenue, and expense control.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to providers (schedules, reimbursements, clinic initiatives).
• Forecast and develop operational and capital budgets with monthly/variance reporting and corrective actions.
• Manage revenue cycle activities including charge capture, collections, controls, coding, and denial monitoring.
• Ensure backend processes support seamless patient throughput and financial viability.
• Address changes in technology and processes to meet practice needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and monitor KPIs progress.
• Coordinate with leased physicians and clinical staff needs; manage invoices and reimbursements.
• Identify and resolve strategic/operating problems with healthcare industry knowledge.
• Oversee administrative activities, policies, reports, and communications.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, physicians, and partners.
