Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day practice operations across multiple locations. You will guide staffing, resources, access, and patient throughput while monitoring performance and implementing efficiency improvements.

The role requires strong financial and HR acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate with clinical leadership to drive revenue, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with financial, HR, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Experience with multiple software systems including Microsoft and Epic.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day practice operations with staffing and resources.
• Forecast budgets and provide monthly variance reports.
• Manage revenue cycle, coding, and denial monitoring.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet KPIs.
• Oversee expansion projects and clinical staff needs.
