Luminis Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor responsible for the overall operation and financial performance of a physician practice. The Supervisor focuses on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in physician office management, effective communication skills, and a background in business or health administration. Competitive pay range of $32-$42 USD and generous benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in private physician office management.
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheet software and database systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Select, mentor and develop all practice employees.
• Meet with office staff at regular intervals to improve operational efficiencies.
• Process bi‑weekly payroll for all practice employees.
• Implement strategic initiatives and provide administrative support to practice physicians.
• Communicate financial and billing information with providers on a regular basis.
