Job summary

Femwell Group Health seeks a Practice Management professional to support onboarding of physician clients to VitalMD and ongoing transition through 12 months post-live. You will guide new physician integrations, ensure a high level of service, and drive successful transitions across the organization.

You will perform on-site analyses with travel up to 50%, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver implementation services using standardized processes and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required (MBA or MPH preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Practice Management.
• Previous practice management or implementation experience required, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Security preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites 50% of the time required.
• Ability to work on and lead a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site analysis of client needs (includes travel up to 50% of the time) using consultative approach and strong business and financial analysis skills
• Guide physician through onboarding process and integration to VitalMD and Femwell services
• Offer highest level customer service through relationship building for new and existing clients
• Have accountability for successful transition of new physician practices
• Provide implementation services using standardized processes and Customer Relationship Management system
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Femwell’s services and how they meet our client’s needs
• Make presentations to clients, internal departments, and company leadership as needed
• Transition employee physicians to member physicians within VitalMD as needed
• Conduct meetings with lead physicians at LLCs to assist with succession planning
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
