Job summary

MDVIP is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead onboarding and the Annual Wellness Program launches for new and replacement physician offices.

You’ll coordinate physician readiness, training, and performance tracking while partnering with Practice Succession Managers, Practice Opening Managers, Success Managers, Clinical Training Specialists, and vendor partners to ensure offices are trained, scheduled, and ready to meet AWP targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare/related field.
• 3+ years in clinical operations, onboarding, program or project management.
• Experience supporting clinical training or wellness programs preferred.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple openings and schedules.
• Proven cross-functional communication with physicians, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician onboarding and annual wellness program launches.
• Track training dates, room setups, and opening-day readiness.
• Collaborate with PSM, POM, SM and CTS to ensure on-schedule openings.
• Deliver equipment training and participate in corporate visits.
• Monitor AWP performance, data accuracy, and compliance metrics.
