Endeavor Health is seeking an Experience and Engagement Specialist Senior to lead physician onboarding for new Medical Group and resource physicians. You will interact with physicians with high customer service, manage offers and contracts, and partner with Medical Group leadership and the Physician Contracts team.

You will improve onboarding workflows and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong proficiency with MS Office,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Experience using HR management systems and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build partnerships with physicians and leaders

Mansioni

• Own and execute physician onboarding for all new Medical Group and resource physicians with minimal oversight
• Communicate with new physicians with high customer service and empathic communications
• Manage offer and contract process; serve as liaison between Medical Group leadership, Professional Staff Office, and Physician Contracts team
• Follow workflows to deliver an exceptional new hire experience; identify or modify processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish collaborative partnerships with Medical Group leaders; resolve conflicts while protecting candidate experience
