Job summary

Guidehealth is hiring a Practice Success Manager to own relationships with physician practices, from initial engagement through implementation and ongoing performance reviews. You will coordinate with clinical pillars, monitor satisfaction, and ensure smooth delivery of services in a fully remote company.

The role requires local GA residency with up to 50% travel, 3+ years in healthcare account management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Travel locally up to 50% and reside in GA.
• 3+ years in practice-facing, account management or business development in healthcare/value-based care.
• Experience with ACO/MSSP or value-based care models.
• Proven ability to build trust with physicians and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate data into narrative.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage individual practices within assigned networks.
• Lead pre-implementation engagement with practice leadership.
• Coordinate with Practice Operations Manager for onboarding and kickoff.
• Maintain ongoing engagement through monthly performance reviews and coaching.
• Document meetings and communications in HubSpot CRM.
• Schedule and coordinate practice-facing meetings and reviews.
• Escalate issues to Director when needed.
