Advanced Medical Management, Inc. seeks a Director of Practice Operations to lead the operational integration, stabilization, and ongoing performance management of acquired primary care practices.

You will report to the President and serve as the bridge among the M&A team, executive leadership, MSO functions, clinical leadership, and acquired practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience, including substantial responsibility for physician practice or ambulatory operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site primary care or physician practices.
• Strong knowledge of staffing, scheduling, patient access, provider productivity, revenue cycle, referrals, authorizations, and clinical practice workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong physician relationship-management, financial, analytical, and performance-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational integration for newly acquired primary care practices across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Build pre-close, Day 1, 30/60/90-day, and post-integration operating plans with clear workstreams and ownership.
• Coordinate operational due diligence and readiness across staffing, schedules, patient access, EHR/technology, billing, credentialing, and compliance.
• Identify operational risks and gaps before close; implement mitigation plans without disrupting providers, staff, or patients.
• Lead change management, communications, and workflow standardization during transition to enterprise systems.
• Provide concise integration reporting to the President and executive leadership with milestones and risks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations post-integration, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures across the practice portfolio.
