United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Partnership Liaison based in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on establishing and fostering relationships with physicians to enhance utilization of USPI centers. Responsibilities include conducting visits to physician offices, coordinating with the Operations team, and preparing sales reports. Candidates should have 2-5 years of related experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in a field related to health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel in market.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct in-person visits to proceduralist physician offices.
• Identify trends in assigned providers’ utilization of USPI centers.
• Coordinate with Operations team to optimize existing block times.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports measuring case volume growth.
