Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. (USPI) seeks a Partnership Liaison to drive physician and practice outreach, fostering relationships to grow center case volume and service lines.

You will support credentialing, onboarding, and access initiatives in the Dallas region, guided by BD leadership and company policy. Responsibilities include in-person visits, provider discussions, credentialing support, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in health system physician relations or related field.
• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel in market.
• Motor Vehicle Records check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits to proceduralist physician offices to grow case volume.
• Identify utilization trends and discuss with providers to understand dynamics.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings explaining center attributes and patient experience and safety outcomes.
• Follow up with physicians and staff to understand needs and barriers to growth.
• Provide feedback and assist credentialing and onboarding of new physicians.
• Prepare and present sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Stay informed about hospital and provider landscape in the defined market.
• Document client engagement in CRM on a daily basis.
• Support service line expansion and extended hours initiatives.
