Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physician to join our clinical team Part Time at least 3 days per week in skilled nursing facilities. You will manage your own patient panel and provide primary and episodic care with independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling, 6-hour shifts (7–10 a.m.), charting from home, and a potential retention incentive up to $50,000. Productivity-based compensation applies.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of operation.
• Medicare opted-in.
• Completed an accredited residency.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and speed in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• See 16–25 patients daily with long-term chronic care and acute issues.
• Manage annual wellness visits and H&Ps, chronic conditions, and meds.
• Coordinate with specialists and facility staff to keep care seamless.
• Join care conferences and communicate with families as needed.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team Part Time at least 3 days per week, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.

• Must be opted-in with Medicare
