Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks an experienced physician for a part-time role in Tennessee skilled nursing facilities. You will run your own patient panel, deliver primary and episodic care, and build long-term relationships with patients and families.

You’ll see 16–25 patients daily, with 6-hour morning shifts (7–10 a.m.), chart from home, and no on-call. Productivity-based pay plus a long-term retention incentive may apply; modern tech supports charting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.
• Accredited residency completed.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients per day with a mix of chronic care and acute issues.
• Manage primary and episodic care, wellness visits and H&Ps, and med reviews.
• Coordinate with specialists and facility staff; participate in family care conferences.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team Part Time at least 3 days per week, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school.
• Board Certified (BC)requiredInternal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent).
• Valid, unrestrictedphysician license in the state of operation.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare
• Successful completion ofan accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing orlong-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong independentclinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
