Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Physician to join our clinical team full time in skilled nursing facilities.

You will manage your own panel, provide primary and episodic care, and build lasting relationships with patients and families. The role offers 6-hour morning rounds, charting from home, and a productivity-based compensation model with potential earnings over $300,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is required.
• Unrestricted physician license in the practicing state is required.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients per day, mix of long-term chronic care and acute issues.
• Manage wellness visits, H&Ps, chronic disease, medication review, and care coordination with facilities and specialists.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.
