Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Physician to join our clinical team in a full-time capacity, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

You will manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families. This independent role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling with 6-hour shifts, charting from home, and a competitive, productivity-based compensation model plus generous benefits including

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.
• Opted-in with Medicare.
• Residency program completed in accredited specialty.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients per day, mix of long-term care and acute issues.
• Perform wellness visits and H&Ps; manage chronic conditions.
• Review meds and orders; coordinate with specialists and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
• Communicate with families and participate in care conferences when appropriate.
• Maintain continuity of care and document thoroughly.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physician to join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-term chronic care and acute issues. Qualifications
