Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Physician to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. You will provide primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building a personal patient panel and strong relationships with patients and families.

The role offers flexible 6-hour shifts (7-10 a.m.), no on-call or overnights, and remote charting. Compensation is productivity-based with long-term retention incentives and full benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) or equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team part-time, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues. That means annual wellness visits and H&Ps,managing chronic and co-morbid conditions, responding to acute changes,reviewing meds and orders, and coordinating with collaborating specialists andfacility staff to keep care seamless. You'll also stay in touch with familiesand join care conferences where it makes sense.
