Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Physician to join our clinical team in a full-time capacity. You’ll manage your own panel, provide primary and episodic care, and build lasting relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• See 16–25 patients per day in a mix of long-term care and acute issues.
• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps.
• Manage chronic and co-morbid conditions.
• Respond to acute changes and review medications and orders.
• Coordinate with collaborating specialists and facility staff for seamless care.
• Join care conferences with families when appropriate.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Physicianto join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role builtaround continuity you'll manage your own panel and build long-termrelationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll see roughly 16–25 patients a day a mix of long-termchronic care and acute issues.
