HarmonyCares is seeking a Full-time Physician Leader to oversee APP direct reports within a clinical pod. The role blends hands-on patient care with administration for clinical oversight, high-risk huddles, and growth initiatives.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, with no weekends or evenings. Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, HarmonyCares operates in 14 states with a team-based, physician-driven model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MD or DO degree required; residency completed.
• Active CPR Certification is required.
• Unrestricted Medical License; board certification required for hires after Jan 1, 2026.

Responsabilités

• Act as on-site supervising physician for APPs and collaborating physicians within POD.
• Collaborate with clinical team members and APPs to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Lead clinical education on diagnosis, documentation, and management of chronic conditions.
• Sign orders and DME as allowed by state regulations and participate in physician panels.
