Job summary

HarmonyCares seeks a Physician Leader Primary Care to oversee clinical pod performance, oversee APP supervision, and drive high-quality, patient-centered home-based care. You will lead a team of clinicians, collaborate with market leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have MD/DO with an unrestricted license, board eligibility/certification, and experience coordinating care for complex patients in a senior clinical role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MD/DO with active license.
• Residency completed in relevant field.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site supervising physician for APPs and POD physicians.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical pod team members.
• Lead and participate in high-risk huddles with care plans.
• Review quality metrics and improve pod-level performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and coding practices in pod operations.
• Assist with APP clinical development and education.
