Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Full-time, salaried Physician Leader to oversee clinical pods with direct APP reports. The role requires daytime hours Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evening shifts, and a focus on clinical oversight, governance, and office growth initiatives.

The organization emphasizes a team-based, physician-driven model delivering in-home primary care across multiple states. The candidate will partner with market management and Regional Medical Director to drive quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MD or DO with state license.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site supervising physician for APPs and POD clinicians.
• Lead clinical pod performance, documentation, patient safety and quality metrics.
• Develop APP clinical development and participate in high-risk huddles.
• Ensure care plans include all care management team members and are properly documented.
• Review EMR efficiency and patient care processes with regional leadership.
• Lead clinical education on diagnosis and chronic disease management.
