HarmonyCares is seeking a Physician Leader for Primary Care in Troy, MI. This clinical leadership role drives pod performance, sets patient-centered care plans, and collaborates with APPs and market leadership in a physician-driven model.

Responsibilities include supervising APPs, leading high-risk care processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining compliance and efficient EMR usage. Attractive benefits and a significant bonus potential accompany the role.

Qualificações

• Must be MD/DO with valid license and residency completion.
• Active CPR certification and DEA license.
• Unencumbered driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Board certification required for hires on/after Jan 1, 2026.
• Ability to supervise APPs and lead clinical pods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical pod performance including diagnosis, documentation, patient experience and safety.
• Supervise APPs and collaborate with the Physicians in the pod.
• Participate in quarterly ride-alongs with APPs.
• Provide complex patient visits under APP supervision.
• Review quality metrics and improve pod outcomes; ensure care plans are documented.

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy

Bachelor’s Degree

Residency Program Completion

Active CPR Certification

Unrestricted DEA

Medical License Board certification
