HarmonyCares in Troy, Michigan seeks a Physician Leader to oversee the clinical pod team, ensure accurate diagnosis and documentation, quality care, patient safety and provider productivity. This physician-led, physician-driven model emphasizes collaboration with APPs and a close partnership with market and regional leaders.

The role requires MD or DO, unrestricted license, CPR, DEA, board certification, and completion of an accredited residency.

Qualifications

• Must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• Completion of an accredited Residency Program.
• Unrestricted Medical License; Board certification required for hires after 2026.

Responsabilités

• Act as on-site supervising physician for APPs and pod Physicians.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis, documentation and care plans for pod patients.
• Lead clinical education and performance reviews for the pod.
• Maintain quality metrics, patient safety and care coordination.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to drive care improvements.
