Qualifications

• Requires 7 years of progressive management experience in health care operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, quality, safety, compliance, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for assigned inpatient and outpatient operations, with accountability for performance, revenue growth, expense management, and patient experience.
• Oversees day-to-day facility, campus, and market operations, setting goals and operating rhythms.
• Leads through matrix relationships, partnering with service lines, physicians, and leaders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Develops multi-year strategic and business plans translating priorities into actionable milestones.
• Manages capital planning, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure financial stewardship.
• Collaborates with leadership and governance to advance quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness.
• Implements care management, access, throughput, and patient experience initiatives to meet targets.
• Supports growth, service development, and market relationships meeting community needs.
• Builds and develops leadership talent and fosters accountability and collaboration.
