Qualifications

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, MS Office, calendars and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administration of physician recruitment under the Recruiter.
• Maintain candidate records, postings, schedules, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate communications and ensure accurate, confidential records.
