100 Hospital Service District No. 1 Parish of Terrebonne State of Louisiana is seeking a Physician Recruitment Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of the physician recruitment process under the direction of the Physician Recruiter.

You will maintain candidate records, postings, schedules, communications, and follow-up items, while the recruiter focuses on relationships, candidate assessment, and hiring discussions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in business administration, HR, healthcare administration, communications or related field.
• 1-3 years administrative, recruiting, healthcare, HR, customer service or coordination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, calendars, and virtual meeting platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
