Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Physician Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Physician Recruitment team. You will help postings, scheduling, and candidate documentation across hospitals, specialty groups, and health system partners.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, 3 years of related experience, and strong organizational skills to manage offers, contracts, and onboarding with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to schedule interviews and coordinate logistics effectively.
• Experience maintaining candidate records and documentation in ATS and HR systems.
• Strong administrative skills to process new hire paperwork and contracts.
• Excellent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Post physician job openings on boards, the organization site, and relevant platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interview logistics, rooms, invitations, and timely candidate communications.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and HR databases.
• Process new hire paperwork, tax forms, and contracts for timely onboarding.
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to selected candidates.
