Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a motivated Hospice Representative (Physician-focused) for Palm Beach County. This full-time role educates physicians and partners, driving access to compassionate hospice services.

You will oversee accounts, build hospital relationships, and host community events while maintaining CRM documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of medical marketing or sales are preferred, with Medicare knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
• Three years of medical marketing or sales experience, preferably within hospice or home care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
• Reliable transportation with Florida driver’s license and adequate insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Educate and promote hospice concepts and the benefits of Trustbridge programs to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee accounts and open new ones, maintain relationships with hospital staff, and increase referrals.
• Host marketing events, facilitate client meetings, and build relationships throughout the community.
• Serve as a visible representative of Trustbridge in the Broward County service area.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and be comfortable with technology and data entry.
