Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a physician-focused Hospice Representative in the Palm Beach/Broward County area to educate physicians and drive hospice referrals. This full-time, on-site role supports relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and care teams while promoting Trustbridge programs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in medical marketing or hospice sales, with strong CMS knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Representative (Physician focused) to join our team in Palm Beach County area. This full-time, “boots-on-the-ground” position and works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with weekend and after-hours availability as needed.In this crucial community-facing role, the Hospice Representative strengthens Trustbridge’s presence by building meaningful relationships, educating healthcare partners, and driving access to compassionate hospice services.Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families.
