Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a physician-focused Hospice Representative in the Palm Beach/Broward County area to educate physicians and drive hospice referrals. This full-time, on-site role supports relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and care teams while promoting Trustbridge programs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in medical marketing or hospice sales, with strong CMS knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
• Three years of medical marketing or sales, hospice/home care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and promote hospice concepts to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee accounts, open new ones, and increase referrals.
• Host marketing events and build community relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and data entry.
• Serve as boots-on-the-ground Trustbridge representative in the Broward County service area.
