Trustbridge Hospice in Broward County seeks a motivated Hospice Representative focused on physician relationships. This full-time, on-site role builds partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, and care teams to promote hospice services and increase referrals.

The role requires education delivery, event hosting, and CRM accuracy. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of medical marketing or sales are preferred; Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after-hours as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Three years of medical marketing or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
• Reliable transportation with Florida driver’s license and adequate insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Educate and promote hospice concepts to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee accounts, open new ones, and increase referrals through engagement.
• Host marketing events, facilitate meetings with clients, and build relationships throughout the community.
• Serve as a visible on-site representative of Trustbridge in Broward County.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and data entry.
