Job summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Physician Compensation Analyst to help develop, implement, and administer compensation programs for physicians and non-physician providers.

You will partner with a Provider Compensation Business Partner to support multiple service lines and deepen understanding of provider compensation. This role offers opportunities to influence system-wide initiatives, engage across the organization, and grow through ongoing training and projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Preferred: three or more years in related role.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of Provider Compensation Plans, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and plan guidelines.
• Perform regular analysis of compensation calculations from moderate to complex.
• Provide consultation on compensation models, reconciliation, forecasting, and related activities.
• Assist in interpreting and administering contract terms within regulatory environment.
• Participate in compensation surveys, benchmarking activities, and audit processes.
• Support documentation efforts that streamline workflows and reinforce regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to special projects that expand knowledge and influence across the organization.
• Educate providers and leaders on compensation structures and regulatory considerations.
