Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Compensation Analyst to evaluate job requests, document responsibilities and drive market benchmarking within the internal pay structure.

You will conduct compensation surveys, develop salary recommendations and ensure data integrity across compensation data in Workday. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3 years HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Three years of experience in Human Resources required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates new and existing job requests, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
• Conducts market analysis of jobs to determine competitive positioning within the internal pay structure.
• Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys.
• Reviews compensation requests and provides salary recommendations.
• Reviews and approves changes submitted through Workday, including ERC support.
• Reviews and audits compensation data to enhance data integrity.
• Assists on team initiatives and supporting tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
