St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Compensation Analyst to evaluate job requests, document responsibilities and drive market benchmarking within the internal pay structure.
You will conduct compensation surveys, develop salary recommendations and ensure data integrity across compensation data in Workday. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3 years HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
