St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho seeks a Physician Compensation Analyst to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs for physicians and non‑physician providers, partnering with a Provider Compensation Business Partner.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Experience: Two (2) years’ relevant experience
• Preferred: 3+ years’ relevant experience in provider compensation, modeling, reconciliation, and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of Provider Compensation Plans, ensuring alignment with St. Luke’s policies, procedures, and plan guidelines.
• Perform regular analysis of compensation calculations from moderate to complex, while contributing to the design, implementation, and refinement of systems, tools, and processes that support provider compensation.
• Serve as a trusted resource for leaders and staff, answering questions, interpreting compensation policies, and offering thoughtful consultation on compensation models, reconciliation, forecasting, and related activities.
• Assist in interpreting and administering contract terms while gaining exposure to the legal and regulatory environment surrounding physician compensation.
• Participate in compensation surveys, benchmarking activities, and audit processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Support documentation efforts that streamline workflows and reinforce regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to special projects that expand your knowledge and influence across the organization.
• Grow your expertise in educating providers and leaders on compensation structures and regulatory considerations
