Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Physician Compensation Analyst to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs for physicians and non-physician providers.

You will partner with a Provider Compensation Business Partner to support multiple service lines. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of provider compensation, build relationships across the organization, and contribute to system‑wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Two (2) years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of Provider Compensation Plans, ensuring alignment with policies and plan guidelines.
• Perform regular analysis of compensation calculations from moderate to complex, contributing to systems, tools, and processes that support provider compensation.
• Serve as a trusted resource for leaders and staff, interpreting compensation policies and offering consultation on models, reconciliation, forecasting.
