Banner Health is seeking a Front Office Representative to join our San Tan Valley clinic. You will coordinate physician scheduling, handle patient registrations, and assist with authorizations and referrals. A patient‑facing role requires strong communication and organizational skills to keep workflows smooth.

You will work in a busy clinic environment, interacting with medical staff and patients to deliver excellent service and support billing with accurate coding and records management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years scheduling in a physician's office or hospital preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with common office software and scheduling systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient scheduling for physicians, procedures and tests.
• Register patients and obtain required authorizations/referrals.
• Assist billing with accurate coding and communicate with multiple departments.
• Answer calls, take messages, update patient records and insurance data.
• Support staff and maintain efficient clinic workflow and patient relations.
• Ensure room availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Provide a courteous, informative experience to patients and families.
