Job summary

Parkview Health in Indiana is seeking an onsite Physician and APP Recruiter under the Manager Provider Services to drive full lifecycle hiring and retention for physicians and advanced practice providers.

You will lead recruitment of APPs and physicians for PPG and the Health System, coordinate recruiting activities with PPG lines of business and Parkview Health Service Lines, and partner with senior leaders to align staffing with growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention of APPs and physicians for PPG and the Health System.
• Coordinate recruiting-related activities with PPG lines of business and Parkview Health Service Lines.
• Partner with Manager Provider Services, PPG, Service Line Leadership and other system leaders.
• Perform professional and administrative functions to support full lifecycle recruiting.
• Maintain excellent relationships with candidates, leaders and the community at-large.
