Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full lifecycle recruiting in a healthcare setting. Under the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, you will deliver high quality candidates through innovative strategies and guide candidates and hiring managers through the Parkview interview process.

You will maintain excellent relations with candidates, hiring managers and the community at large, performing professional and administrative functions to support end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
• Three to five years recruitment experience with full lifecycle recruiting or healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components: sourcing, networking, qualifying, assessing, employment law, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
• Working knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; strong internet sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing services to Parkview Health through innovative recruitment strategies.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the Parkview interview and selection process.
• Support full lifecycle recruiting with administrative duties and relationship management.
