Parkview Health in Indiana seeks a Physician and APP Recruiter to lead recruitment and retention of advanced practice providers and physicians for the system. You will coordinate with PPG lines of business and service lines to align recruiting with growth strategies, manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, and maintain strong relationships with candidates, leaders, and the community at-large.

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or physician relations experience required.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and wage/salary trends.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment of APPs and physicians for Parkview Health system.
• Coordinate with PPG lines of business and service lines to align strategy.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer.
• Inspire out-of-state APPs and physicians to relocate to the region.
• Maintain relations with candidates, leaders and the community at-large.
