Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is seeking a Physician for an HIV primary care outpatient facility in New York. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals.

This role features a base salary plus retention bonus up to $50,000, quarterly bonuses up to $3,500, a sign-on bonus, and productivity bonuses, with relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 and a 100% outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license in NY for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease
• DEA registration and furnishing license required
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS in outpatient primary care setting preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to manage 15–18 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered primary care to people living with HIV/AIDS
• Treat and diagnose HIV/AIDS in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a shared care team including Practice Manager, Medical Assistants, and RNs
• Maintain licensure and pursue AAHIVM certification within 18 months

Qualifications
