AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is hiring a Physician for our HIV primary care outpatient facility in Jacksonville, FL. You will work with a dedicated team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, a 100% outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific MD or DO license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease.
• Valid DEA registration and furnishing license.
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS in outpatient primary care.
• Willingness to obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered HIV primary care.
• Manage up to 15-18 patients per day.
• Share on-call schedule and collaborate with the care team.
• Contribute to community health initiatives and HIV/AIDS research.

Opportunity Highlights

• Base salary, retention bonus up to $50,000, quarterly bonus up to $3,500, a sign-on bonus, and bi-weekly productivity bonuses.
