Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) invites physicians to join our HIV primary care outpatient facility in Florida. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals.

This role offers a competitive base salary with a $50,000 retention bonus, a sign-on bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, relocation help up to $10,000, and a full benefits package. You will work with a dedicated team and share a call schedule, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific MD or DO medical license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease.
• DEA registration and furnishing license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS in outpatient primary care.
• Ability to obtain AAHIVM certification within 18 months of hire.
• Comfortable seeing up to 15–18 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered HIV primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the practice manager, RNs, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.
