Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) in Jacksonville seeks a Physician for our HIV primary care outpatient facility to deliver patient-centered care to underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS. You will work with a dedicated team and apply clinical leadership to improve access and outcomes.

This role offers a comprehensive package: base salary with retention bonus up to $50,000, quarterly bonuses up to $3,500, sign-on bonus, relocation up to $10,000, full

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific MD or DO license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease.
• Valid DEA registration and furnishing license.
• Comfortable seeing up to 15-18 patients per day.
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS in outpatient Primary Care setting.
• Ability to obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Opportunity Highlights

• Base salary, retention bonus up to $50,000, quarterly bonus up to $3,500, a sign-on bonus, and bi-weekly productivity bonuses.
