Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) seeks a Physician for an HIV primary care outpatient facility in Oakland, CA. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS.

The role offers a full benefits package, relocation assistance, a 100% outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends, and collaboration with a dedicated team. AAHIVM certification is encouraged within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in CA and valid DEA registration.
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS in outpatient primary care settings.
• Ability to obtain AAHIVM certification within 18 months of hire.

As a Physician in an AHF HIV primary care outpatient facility, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS.

Opportunity Highlights

• Base salary, retention bonus up to $50,000, quarterly bonus up to $3,500, a sign-on bonus, and bi-weekly productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific MD or DO medical license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease


• A valid DEA registration and furnishing license


• Comfortable with seeing up to 15-18 patients per day


• Experience treating and diagnosing patients with HIV/AIDS in an outpatient Primary Care setting


• The ability to obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire


• Current CPR/BLS certification
