Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) invites physicians to join our HIV primary care outpatient facility to deliver compassionate care to underserved communities, including LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS. This role offers base salary plus bonuses, sign-on and relocation support, a 100% outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends, and a full benefits package with retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active state MD/DO license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease.
• DEA registration and furnishing license.
• Experience treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS in outpatient primary care.
• Willing to obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered HIV primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Lead clinical initiatives to improve access for underserved communities.
• Collaborate with a full support team including Practice Manager, MA, and RNs.
• Maintain a 100% outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends.
• Participate in HIV/LGBTQ health research and CME activities.

Opportunity Highlights

• Base salary, retention bonus up to $50,000, quarterly bonus up to $3,500, a sign-on bonus, and bi-weekly productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific MD or DO medical license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease
• A valid DEA registration and furnishing license
• Comfortable with seeing up to 15-18 patients per day
• Experience treating and diagnosing patients with HIV/AIDS in an outpatient Primary Care setting
• The ability to obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
